Log into your Client Dashboard, go to the “Payment Settings” section, and you can easily update, add, or remove your stored payment information there.
If you choose an Instant Booking property, the process is immediate. For all other listings, the full booking (from inquiry to confirmed lease signing) typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on document verification.
You can request a cancellation directly through the Client Dashboard under the specific listing. Cancellation policies and potential refund amounts are determined by the lease agreement and the landlord’s terms.

No, we do not offer personal pick-up or drop-off services. We focus solely on connecting you with and managing rental real estate properties.

Listing your property is free. We charge a small commission only when your property is successfully rented. Separate fees apply if you opt for our full Property Management service.

We host listings for both short-term rentals (typically 3–6 months) and long-term leases (12+ months). The desired term is clearly noted on each property booking.

No, using our full Property Management service is optional. You can choose to use the platform solely for marketing and securing tenants, managing the property yourself post-rental.
